📋 Description

• Own positioning, demand generation, content, events, and product marketing • Build and scale an SDR motion, including territory design, ICP definition, and the handoff to enterprise sales • Design onboarding, ramp time, certification, and competitive intelligence for the sales team • Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting, tooling, comp design, and revenue reporting • Define GTM architecture, including segmentation, pricing motion, and channel and partnership leverage • Sequence where the business invests next across all revenue functions • Build a system where marketing, sales, enablement, and operations reinforce one another • Translate Yuno's technical differentiation into language that resonates with both engineers and CFOs

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English • 8+ years in GTM leadership, with direct ownership of at least two of: marketing, SDR, enablement, or RevOps • Track record scaling a B2B company through a step-change in revenue • Fluency in enterprise sales cycles with technical buyers; payments, fintech, or infrastructure background strongly preferred • Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to defend assumptions like CAC payback in front of a board • Comfortable operating across regions with different competitive dynamics and buying behavior • Builder instinct and high level of ownership, with no need for an existing playbook
