📋 Description

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls to business owners • Work scheduled Monday to Friday shifts of 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. in local time, as determined by the manager • Own and manage a CRM pipeline of clients, including dentists, florists, and restaurant owners • Become an expert in Yelp advertising solutions and provide tailored product recommendations • Ask probing questions and overcome customer objections and rejection • Use quick-close techniques to exceed individual goals • Navigate the initial call through qualification and close while ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly quotas • Track and manage daily goals and metrics • Educate business owners across the US and Canada about Yelp advertising solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in the Western Region of the United States, including Pacific Time, Mountain Time, or Arizona Time Zones • GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with a demonstrated interest in sales/business or a people-centric industry • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls daily • General computer and email proficiency • Google Suite proficiency • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment • Access to an individual hardline high-speed internet connection; satellite internet and mobile hotspots are not permitted • Open to feedback and willing to implement improvement areas • Strong, engaging interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently without oversight • Current US work authorization
