• 4-6 years in sales enablement, sales support/ops, L&D, or digital media sales • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to design and implement sales enablement and workflow solutions • Independently writes and presents; clear, succinct communicator for remote audiences • Builds curriculum across ILT/vILT, eLearning, and self-serve • Data/tool fluency: LMS/CMS (e.g., Exceed, Rise 360, Highspot), Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, SFDC • Creative, learner-first mindset; designs for a remote-first, distributed field • Collaborates independently with senior leaders; fosters feedback loops • Prioritizes and manages multiple workstreams; coordinates resources; delivers on time
