📋 Description

• Design and implement new game content and features for Transformers: Earth Wars • Architect and implement major systems, progression mechanics, event frameworks, combat updates, and game characters from concept through final data implementation • Analyze and refine the game economy, game loops, and combat meta • Use data analysis and forecasting to create strategic depth and healthy metagame shifts • Create high-level design documentation explaining feature rationale • Present and defend designs to stakeholders using player data and industry best practices • Provide peer-to-peer feedback on team members’ designs • Share advanced knowledge of Unity tools, balance methodologies, and live game optimization • Collaborate with production to define scope and technical requirements • Work with art and engineering to optimize the content pipeline and sustain a monthly release cadence

🎯 Requirements

• Game/content design experience, ideally on live hero/character-driven mobile or free-to-play titles • Strong understanding of game systems, balance, and player motivation in free-to-play games • Experience using Unity and internal content tools • Analytical mindset with ability to use data and feedback to refine designs • Excellent communication and collaboration within cross-functional and globally distributed teams • Deep passion for mobile games • Focus on impact and understanding of the 80/20 rule • Performance-driven and growth-oriented • Cooperative and able to give and receive feedback • Relentlessly curious and willing to ask questions • Humble, willing to ask for help and learn from mistakes • SMART working style: Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, and Time-bound • Transformers franchise lore knowledge, live operations experience, and external partnership experience are listed as potential additional qualifications
