📋 Description
• Carry a caseload of members and provide peer support via text and video • Monitor toxicology and breathalyzer tests via video • Collaborate with clinical teams to keep members aligned • Build and track personalized relapse prevention plans • Check in weekly and review progress surveys
🎯 Requirements
• In recovery yourself with at least 3 years of continuous sobriety • Hold a Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in the state of Tennessee • Experience as a case manager, counselor, or similar role (big plus) • Comfortable with apps, video calls, and learning new tech • Clear communication and prioritization skills
