📋 Description

• Run referral growth for Pennsylvania, working alongside Territory Managers • Manage a personal book of strategic accounts, joint sales calls, and key account meetings • Own the Pennsylvania referral number and report findings • Set operating cadence for the team using CRM • Synthesize field trends to identify opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of business development or outreach in behavioral health, addiction treatment, post-acute, or healthcare services • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Real referral relationships in Pennsylvania's behavioral health community or ability to quickly build them • Experience managing or formally mentoring field outreach or sales staff • Good understanding of Pennsylvania's different regions and their referral processes • Disciplined about CRM and pipeline hygiene • Comfortable managing a remote operating rhythm and in-person field days • Ability to present effectively in various settings.
