📋 Description

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan and maintain a vibrant spiritual life • Participate in the spiritual life of the Young Life community • Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development • Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership • Recruit and train new leaders and build a representative leadership team • Model excellence in contact work, club, Campaigners, and camping • Raise financial support and maintain donor care practices • Communicate ministry updates and progress to donor partners • Assist with camp fundraisers and attend committee and adult functions • Engage in all three levels of contact work • Help conduct Young Life club and Campaigners/discipleship ministry • Help implement summer and school-season camping strategies • Potentially serve on summer staff or assigned staff at a Young Life property • Adhere to Young Life policies and procedures • Set and review yearly ministry and personal goals • Assist with office administration when assigned • Complete expense reports clearly and promptly • Perform other duties aligned with gifts, experience, and area needs

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a college degree • Proven relational skills with both kids and adults • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Must profess belief in Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord • Must subscribe to Young Life’s Statement of Faith and required staff policies • Must be ready, willing, and able to fulfill required ministry functions • Must refrain from conduct and statements that detract from Young Life’s biblical standards • Must abide by Young Life policies and practices
