📋 Description

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan supporting spiritual development • Maintain active participation in a church community and Young Life’s spiritual life • Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development • Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership • Recruit and train new leaders and build a representative leadership team • Model excellence in contact work, club, Campaigners and camping • Attend area leadership activities as assigned • Raise financial support and maintain donor care practices • Communicate ministry updates to donor partners • Assist with camp fundraisers and attend occasional committee and adult functions • Participate in Young Life club and Campaigners/discipleship ministry • Help implement summer and school-season camping strategies • Potentially serve on summer or assigned staff at a Young Life property • Follow Young Life policies and maintain professionalism • Set and review yearly ministry and personal goals • Assist with office administration and complete expense reports • Complete regional and area training, individualized ministry-skills training, and fundraising training • Perform other duties assigned and congruent with gifts, experience and area needs

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a college degree • Proven relational skills with both kids and adults • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Must profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord • Must subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith and required staff policies • Must be ready, willing and able to fulfill required ministry functions • Must refrain from conduct and statements that detract from Young Life’s biblical standards • Must abide by all Young Life policies and practices
