The platform provides free independent advice, a searchable supplier directory, shortlist matching (top-3), draft collaboration agreements, rough pricing guidance and consultancy to help clients kickstart projects and find developers or teams globally.

📋 Description

• Design multi-step tasks drawn from real finance and accounting work, including FP&A analysis, financial reporting, audit procedures, and reconciliations • Create realistic reference files and clear instructions • Define objective grading criteria so qualified reviewers reach consistent verdicts • Build tasks requiring judgment and accurate interpretation of source materials • Create or source supporting materials, including spreadsheets, GL extracts, financial statements, and policy documents • Flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks • Deliver approved tasks on schedule and at the required quality level

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in FP&A, financial reporting, audit, reconciliations, or accounting • Direct ownership of the work, not supervisory-only or adjacent exposure • Experience creating or applying structured review standards, such as audit programs, review checklists, close checklists, grading rubrics, or training assessments • Strong Excel capability • Comfort reasoning across multiple documents at once • CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent is a plus, but not required • Strong written English
