📋 Description

• Review, evaluate, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness, providing insights based on established accounting standards • Assess and critique audit procedures, identifying gaps, best practices, and regulatory considerations for diverse business scenarios • Create and assess financial models, ensuring logical structure, accuracy, and actionable insights • Analyze and provide feedback on tax compliance practices and documentation, highlighting risks and compliance issues • Review a variety of legal and financial documents, offering detailed feedback on clarity, correctness, and alignment with regulations • Deliver clear and constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams • Support the development and evaluation of data sets for AI training, leveraging prior experience with human data processes such as data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate-level accounting experience with a track record of handling complex financial scenarios • Strong proficiency in financial reporting, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and legal document review • Demonstrated experience in providing actionable feedback and communicating findings effectively in both written and verbal formats • Prior participation in human data projects such as data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or model evaluation • Keen analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance • Adaptability and a growth mindset, with a passion for leveraging accounting knowledge in innovative contexts • Profile as a strong and reliable accounting professional who thrives in independent and collaborative project engagements
