• Build strong, trust-based relationships with assigned area developers and maintain consistent communication through regular documented touchpoints • Conduct business evaluations covering operations, sales, and marketing — analyzing performance data, sharing best practices, and following up with clear action items and deadlines • Help franchisees understand their unit economics, benchmark performance, and develop actionable business plans with specific goals • Serve as the bridge between franchisees and the Home Office, facilitating clear, productive communication to resolve challenges and drive growth • Collaborate with internal teammates to continuously simplify and improve operational processes and franchisee support tools • Maintain accurate records through quarterly ProfitKeeper audits and CRM documentation of all franchisee interactions • Execute on individual 'Rocks' set up in departmental planning sessions each quarter
• 3+ years of franchise business coaching experience, or 5+ years of relevant franchise industry experience • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable coaching conversations • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and execution • A self-starter who takes initiative and rolls up their sleeves • Positive, professional presence that franchisees trust and want to work with
