📋 Description
• Lead all aspects of assigned SAP module implementation projects under the direction of the Effective People project management team • Collaborate with client teams, project team members, and senior management • Serve as a technical consultant and individual contributor on large- and small-scale projects • Gather business and technical requirements • Create and maintain requirements workbooks and related documents from concept through go-live • Identify and deploy process, system, execution, documentation, and other improvements • Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment • Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned project workstreams • Direct and control workstream activities to meet client expectations • Obtain required approvals for requirements, workbooks, and testing results • Maintain project documentation and prepare and deliver project progress reports • Conduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information source • Perform final reviews of deliverables • Deliver quality solutions on time and on or under budget • Identify and communicate project risks • Deliver to project scope and communicate change activities
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors HCM ABAP development and CPI experience • Knowledge of the SAP ABAP programming language • Experience with ECC BIB (Infoporter) ECC Replications and ECP P2P Replications • Experience with SuccessFactors CPI and API integrations (Integrations Center) • Experience with object-oriented programming, ABAP Objects, and ABAP Workbench • Experience participating in the full software development life cycle from concept and design through testing, deployment, and maintenance • Willingness to remain current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies • Knowledge of HR policies and practices • Requirements gathering from business users and translating them into technical specifications • Knowledge of designing, coding, testing, and documenting new features and functionality • Ability to communicate concisely and confidently with team members and customers, verbally and in writing • Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor the project team • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment • Ability to work closely with multiple internal and external organizations • U.S. Citizen required • Willingness to travel up to 25%
