📋 Description

• Develop strong expertise in online risk and abuse, with a specific understanding of interactions on social and dating platforms • Investigate and assess user reports using internal guidelines objectively and consistently • Conduct risk assessments of severity, urgency, and potential impact, escalating high-risk cases when necessary • Monitor livestreams in real time and respond to Community Guidelines violations • Identify operational, product, and policy gaps and propose user-safety improvements • Report and document technical bugs encountered during moderation or investigations • Improve processes, best practices, and documentation • Analyze and report emerging trends within the specific market • Prepare regular reports on key learnings, risks, and platform trends • Contribute to cross-functional safety initiatives with relevant insights and regional context

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, online moderation, risk assessment, or a related field • French proficiency at C1/C2 level • English proficiency at B2 minimum • Strong understanding of German culture, youth trends, and online behavioral norms • Good knowledge of social media platforms, user dynamics, and digital communities • Understanding of dating and social discovery apps and typical risk scenarios • Strong analytical skills • Objective and consistent guideline application under pressure • Quick, confident decision-making in time-sensitive situations • Adaptability to evolving rules, products, and risk landscapes • Strong communication skills • Neutral assessment of complex or sensitive situations • High social intelligence and cultural awareness • Customer Support experience is nice to have • Experience in real-time decision-making environments is nice to have • Spanish is a plus
