📋 Description

• Operate and monitor HL7 v2.4 interfaces, including Z-segments, over MLLP and HTTP-wrapped transports • Baseline and maintain interface control documents for every connected partner • Triage message failures, acknowledgment problems, and partner-side changes through resolution • Support shadow comparison and cutover testing as interfaces migrate to FHIR • Hold privileged production access under the program's security rules • Support a Defense Health Agency program involving migration of legacy HL7 v2 interfaces to FHIR R4

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years operating HL7 v2 interfaces in a production healthcare environment • Production experience with an interface engine such as Rhapsody, Mirth, or equivalent • Experience writing or maintaining interface control documents • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain the Tier 3 investigation and IT-II designation required for the privileged role • Active Secret clearance or Secret eligibility preferred • FHIR R4 exposure preferred • DoD or VA health IT experience preferred • 24x7 operations or on-call experience preferred
