• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation initiatives. • Manage multiple Agile development teams, ensuring delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs are proactively addressed. • Own project financials, including budget management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and reporting. • Partner with clients, delivery leadership, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence across hybrid Agile and traditional project environments. • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with executive stakeholders. • Foster collaboration across technical and business teams, helping unify delivery teams around shared goals and outcomes. • Create executive-level reporting and communicate project health, status, and forecasts effectively. • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.
• 8–12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs. • Experience managing enterprise consulting or implementation projects rather than purely operational or managed-service engagements. • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation approaches. • Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • **Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience delivering CPQ implementations (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms). • Experience with CRM, digital commerce, or customer experience transformation programs. • Consulting services or systems integrator background. • Experience working with distributed and offshore delivery teams.
