📋 Description

• Providing strategic advice to clients on corporate finance solutions, focusing on optimizing balance sheets and ensuring access to capital and funding to support business growth and strategic objectives. • Leading finance projects within the "Office of the CFO", engaging with client executive teams to drive strategic initiatives such as financial planning, debt management, liquidity management, merger & acquisition and business finance activities. • Analysing companies from a financial, operational and industry perspective to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Constructing financial models to help clients assess growth strategies, capital structure decisions and transaction alternatives. • Preparing C-suite and Board level presentations to help drive strategic decisions. • Identifying new business/project opportunities both locally and internationally. • Playing a part in commercial activities such as presentations, RFP’s, events and networking. • Proactively researching market/product developments and actively seeking out treasury advancements. • Participating in and coordinating internal and external knowledge delegation sessions, such as treasury/finance boot camps, client roundtable meetings, guest lecture events and internal trainings. • Ensuring project deliverables of the team to the client are submitted on a timely basis. • Being a career coach and mentor to a small team you manage.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-12 years’ experience in Corporate Finance or Treasury, especially liquidity planning, cash forecasting, capital planning, working capital, and market risk management (especially IR & FX). • At least 3 years of consulting experience. • Experience managing and mentoring teams. • Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelors. • Already holding or ambition to carry out further education such as the CTP, CPA or CFA. • Knowledge of core treasury systems and ERPs are a plus. Systems include Anaplan, Alteryx, Bloomberg, Kyriba, SAP, GTreasury, FIS. • Strong presentation skills and content creation abilities. • Willingness to travel 30% or more on occasion. • Able to work a full business day and effectively contribute in a hybrid environment – home, office, and client. • Team player who takes accountability and is keen to learn and grow. • Residing and legally authorized to work in the US.
