📋 Description

• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy • Lead multiple audit engagements and competing priorities • Review and examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards • Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively • Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals • Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement • Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field • 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience • CPA • Experience with asset management clients • Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field (preferred) • 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred)
