📋 Description

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while balancing the demands of multiple projects. • Act as the main bridge between Latin American development teams and US clients. • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain momentum. • Monitor project budgets and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. • Promote and refine Agile best practices within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects from inception to delivery. • Startup Experience: Essential background working in fast-paced startup environments, managing rapid growth and evolving priorities. • Multi-project Mastery: Proven track record of overseeing multiple simultaneous projects and keeping them on track. • Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and technical concepts. • Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead distributed teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers. • Tooling Proficiency: Expert-level use of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. • Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 - C2) is a must.
