• Support military spouses through the Military OneSource Military SpouseWorks Program • Connect military spouses with academic and employment opportunities • Assess military spouses’ needs and provide resources • Schedule career coaching appointments • Assist with troubleshooting website access • Maintain case management systems
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 4+ years professional experience in educational or employment advising • 3 years in training development and delivery, public speaking, or group facilitation • 2 years supervising delivery of social services or education programs • U.S. Citizenship required • Home internet service with speeds over 3Mb • Strong technology and research skills • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously • Positive and approachable personality • Active listening skills • Critical thinking skills for resource connection • Ability to accommodate a full-time training schedule for 6-8 weeks
