📋 Description
• Manages career coaching employees virtually • Responsible for the overall development and evaluation of certified career coaches • Hires, trains, motivates and coaches employees • Resolves spouse conflicts or complaints • Ensures contract-related activities are conducted per corporate policies • Collaborates in a team environment and independently on tasks and projects
🎯 Requirements
• A Master’s degree in Career Counseling or related field • Two (2) years’ experience in higher education, workforce development or social service program administration • Two (2) years personnel management/staff supervision experience • Experience providing supervision to career coaches /career counselors • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
