📋 Description

• Leads a professional team of sales and application experts to grow the business • Hires, develops, coaches, and supports sales professionals to achieve sales penetration • Develops sales strategies & tactics to deliver superior customer experience • Monitors and achieves departmental expense budget • Frequently visits key customers, distributors, and sales network

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in technical discipline (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or physics preferred) • Professional training in Sales Management • At least 5 years of Sales Management experience • 10 years related industry experience (engineering, quality, metrology, inspection, machine tool) • Ability to manage employees of different performance levels • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License.
