📋 Description

• Engage new and existing customers to achieve sales booking objectives. • Identify and create new sales opportunities to expand the company’s market presence – especially into large, complex corporations with multi-step, consultative sales processes and extended sales cycles. • Willingness to manage and travel a large territory within the PSM’s region. • Identify and share leads with other sales teams and channels to maximize sales potential. • Explore innovative ways to support customers and provide exceptional service. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and take ownership of customer success. • Collaborate closely with our technical team to deliver top-notch product and solution demonstrations. • Follow the ZEISS sales process to propose the best solution for the customer’s needs. • Support sales and marketing events to promote our products and engage with potential customers. • Follow our proven ZEISS Sales Process to tailor the best solutions for customers' specific needs. • Keep our CRM system updated with all sales activities, relationships, and the status of sales leads and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • A background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred. • 2-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of metrology or precision measurement systems.
