📋 Description

• Plan and coordinate wind operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency • Coordinate pilots and customer experiences • Recruit and train new pilots through the online training program • Prepare everything pilots need before arriving on site • Resolve operational issues and ensure high-quality customer service • Support pilots with site access and planning needs • Help resolve project issues • Apply understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while following Zeitview SOPs • Maintain awareness of the wind industry • Collaborate occasionally with the Quality Control team • Manage multiple projects and communicate with pilots in the field • Track project information through daily reports, spreadsheets, and software

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English is required • Turkish language ability is ideal • Project management skills • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable using Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs • Comfortable using Slack, Coda, and Asana • Familiarity with the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements, is a nice-to-have • Ability to work independently and in a team • Excellent communication and writing skills in English • Understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations • Ability to communicate with customers, pilots, and internal teams
