📋 Description

• Plan and coordinate wind operations efficiently and professionally • Recruit and train new pilots through the online training program • Prepare pilots before they arrive on site to ensure projects are delivered on time • Resolve operational issues and maintain high-quality client service • Support pilots with site access and planning needs • Apply knowledge of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while following Zeitview SOPs • Maintain awareness of the wind industry • Collaborate occasionally with the Quality Control team • Coordinate multiple projects and communicate with pilots in the field • Track project activity through daily reports and updates using spreadsheets and software

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English is required • Turkish proficiency is ideally also desired • Project management skills • Attention to detail • Comfortable using Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs • Comfortable using Slack • Comfortable using Coda • Comfortable using Asana • Familiarity with the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements, is a nice-to-have • Ability to work independently and in a team • Excellent communication and writing skills in English • Ability to communicate with customers, pilots, and internal teams
