📋 Description

• Lead a team focused on managing a strategic book of business • Drive growth for Business Units by achieving annual revenue targets • Ensure client retention and foster growth with additional products and services • Develop and nurture critical internal and external relationships • Manage revenue for assigned team and clients • Establish regular cadence for review of budgets, forecasts, and product utilization • Ensure team goals for client renewals & retention are achieved or surpassed • Enable team to drive revenue growth through existing product optimization • Manage client fee requests/create opportunities and solutions • Collaborate within the business to provide OneZelis opportunities • Ensure team is abreast of regulatory environment and its impact on clients • Measure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related • 10+ years in client management role, 5+ years in leadership role • Demonstrated success in revenue management and increased utilization • Extremely knowledgeable in the Payor and/or TPA space • Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and meeting management capabilities • Proven collaboration with key business partners: Sales, Operations, Marketing, Leadership • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders • Experience leveraging data and reporting to identify client and industry trends
