📋 Description

• Lead large-scale, cross-departmental projects and integrated communications campaigns, serving as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors • Collaborate with project owners to establish project needs, oversee implementation, reporting, and archiving • Review project requests and develop project plans covering priorities, roles, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and budgets • Oversee the portfolio of active communications projects, resource allocation, dashboards, stakeholder updates, and issue escalation • Manage vendor and partner relationships, including contracts, invoices, and performance oversight • Partner with the Director of Strategic Initiatives on annual workplans, standard operating procedures, reporting, budget tracking, and process improvement • Manage the organization’s Asana platform, including maintenance, user training, support, and enhancements • Schedule and run standups, kickoffs, and reviews; manage stakeholder feedback and approvals • Assist with project and campaign reports for internal and external audiences • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, communications, journalism, research, or a related field • 5–7 years of related experience • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively against timelines • Demonstrated ability to provide proactive project support for a team • Strong interpersonal, coordination, writing, and verbal communication skills • Experience collaborating with writers, designers, communications managers, and digital media specialists desired • Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, and Airtable • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to learn new tools and software as required • PMP certification and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred • Ability to motivate teams to collaborate and resolve conflict • Customer service orientation and strong work ethic • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including potentially lifting up to 30 pounds
