📋 Description

• Apply copyediting and coordinate external freelance copyeditors to ensure quality, accuracy, clarity, style, consistency, and deadline compliance of company materials • Direct development and publication of PRIME’s annual Compendium • Lead an inter-departmental steering committee for the annual Compendium • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date PRIME publication website by tracking presentations and publications in real time • Coordinate translation of PRIME materials into different languages, including use of translation tools, vendor contracting, material exchange, quality control, communication, follow-up, and invoice handling • Track and send materials to the marketing copywriter to support campaign deadlines • Coordinate scientific poster formatting with an external freelance designer • Cultivate interdepartmental communication and workflows for on-time delivery of educational materials, surveys, tools, scientific posters, and concept art • Identify workflow improvement opportunities and develop and implement solutions collaboratively across departments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or a related field • Work experience in scientific/medical editing and project coordination • Highly adaptable, results-driven, and motivated self-starter • Excellent command of written English, including style, grammar, punctuation, mechanics, and spelling • Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and balance several deadlines/production deliverables simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and verbal • Familiarity with scientific and medical terminology and abbreviations • Familiarity with AMA and APA style guides • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
