📋 Description
• Own and drive the Enforcement Systems product roadmap, including enforcement actioning, fanout infrastructure, strike systems, and compliance consolidation • Define and scale the automation strategy for enforcement decisions through the Auto-Action Framework — a domain-agnostic system designed to automate content moderation using LLMs and VLMs • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Policy, Operations, Content Safety, and Engineering as the DRI for enforcement platform decisions • Translate policy intent into enforceable systems, ensuring automation accuracy matches what policy teams intended before scaling • Triage and prioritize inbound requests against roadmap commitments, balancing platform leverage with real-world operational needs
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years product management experience • Experience in trust & safety, fraud/risk, content moderation, compliance, or a similar enforcement-oriented domain • Demonstrated experience with large-scale systems — comfortable reasoning about pipelines, distributed infrastructure, and automation at high throughput • Experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products (LLMs, VLMs, or similar) • SQL proficiency — able to self-serve data investigation and analysis • Strong cross-functional leadership — proven ability to drive decisions across engineering, operations, and policy stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication of complex technical and policy concepts • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
