📋 Description
• Assess current JIRA usage and configurations • Lead rehabilitation and standardization of JIRA boards, workflows, and governance • Serve as Agile Coach for Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe teams • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Support and coach Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and story definition • Review Azure DevOps or JIRA boards to manage sprint delivery and update tasks • Remove impediments and identify delivery risks • Promote Agile best practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement • Coordinate dependencies across products, teams, and stakeholders • Track and communicate velocity, predictability, and other team performance metrics • Foster collaboration between IT, Product Owners, and business stakeholders • Support Agile transformation initiatives • Create Product Status Reports aligned with PMO standards
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of JIRA Administration experience • 3+ years of Agile Coaching experience • Experience establishing governance and standards • Strong communication skills • Leadership coaching skills • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe • Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA boards
