📋 Description

• Design enterprise-level ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM architecture • Define implementation steps and roadmaps • Develop ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB solutions • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools • Automate data collection and correlation • Administer, configure, and customize ServiceNow integrations • Use Integration Hub and Flow Designer for workflow automation • Develop enterprise APIs and align solutions with CSDM • Manage software licenses and hardware lifecycles using ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro • Maintain CMDB data integrity, CI relationships, and asset attributes • Analyze and maintain CMDB and related health dashboards and workspaces

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM architecture • Experience designing and defining implementation steps/roadmaps • Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB development • Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools, including automation, data collection and correlation, administration, configuration, and customization • Proficiency in Integration Hub and Flow Designer • Comprehensive experience in enterprise API development and workflow automation • Experience with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) alignment • Expert-level knowledge of ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro • Experience with software license optimization and hardware lifecycle management • Experience with automated discovery and reconciliation • Ability to ensure data integrity and 100% accuracy within the CMDB for hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes • Experience analyzing and maintaining CMDB dashboards, CMDB Workspace, CMDB and CSDM data foundation, Discovery Workspace, and CMDB Health Dashboard • Industry-leading ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Architect or ServiceNow Admin
