📋 Description

• Co-lead close optimization and efficiency initiatives • Identify manual processes, build roadmaps, and drive scalable improvements • Own close communications, facilitation, and tracking • Maintain artifacts, templates, and frameworks coordinating close activity • Lead recurring cross-team accounting programs, including close management and consolidation • Oversee the intercompany program and partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Compliance • Represent accounting in strategic projects such as M&A integrations, new entity formation, and reorganizations • Project-manage related execution across the accounting organization • Develop and enhance operational policies and internal control frameworks for SOX compliance • Deliver financial analysis and develop close-process metrics • Own accounting for close areas including expense accruals • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and month-end close documentation • Review intercompany activity and ensure accurate settlements under shared-service and transfer-pricing agreements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required • CPA preferred • Strong US GAAP foundation • Experience in intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidation • Exposure to international subsidiaries and transfer-pricing processes preferred • Skilled in preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations • Ability to lead or support cross-functional projects and programs • Process improvement and automation orientation with a track record of scalable solutions • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Tax, FP&A, Legal, and Technology teams without direct authority • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Advanced Excel skills required • Experience with Workday Financials or another large ERP and similar data tools preferred
