📋 Description

• Scope and deliver end-to-end data science projects from problem framing through model development, validation, and productionization • Build and maintain industry performance and customer segmentation models using clustering, regression, and tree-based models • Partner with Data Engineering and ML Engineering to deploy and maintain production models • Develop features, batch/real-time scoring, and model-performance monitoring • Design and analyze A/B tests, causal-inference studies, and observational studies • Translate ambiguous business problems into analytical approaches, methodologies, and success metrics • Provide data-driven recommendations to leaders and communicate trade-offs, assumptions, and impact • Collaborate with Follow Up Boss, Preferred, and zPro to align goals, define KPIs, and deliver integrated insights • Contribute to scalable data assets, including clean datasets, metric definitions, and dashboards • Own moderately complex problem areas with clear business impact and limited oversight • Influence decision-making within the immediate domain and contribute to adjacent areas • Help shape team standards and improve data science execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or a related field • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and experimentation • Proficiency in Python, including pandas, scikit-learn, and PySpark • Proficiency in SQL • Experience working with large datasets in modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Spark • Experience building performance models and data products • Familiarity with Airflow, dbt, model deployment patterns, and monitoring • Ability to work independently in ambiguous spaces while maintaining stakeholder alignment • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience collaborating across multiple product and business teams and translating outputs into business insights • U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions
