📋 Description

• Capture professional still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360° virtual tours, drone photography and videos, and social media videos for properties • Use advanced photography techniques and equipment to showcase property features and aesthetics • Coordinate and interact with clients on-site to understand photography needs • Guide clients and property owners during photography sessions • Use proprietary technology to create rich media experiences • Ensure photographs follow brand guidelines and accurately represent properties • Manage and maintain cameras, lenses, accessories, and other photography equipment • Organize and upload captured media for post-processing • Meet deadlines, appointment punctuality, and availability guidelines • Stay updated on real estate photography trends and best practices • Develop creative concepts highlighting each property's unique selling points • Collaborate with Regional Managers, Market Leaders, photographers, real estate agents, and marketing professionals • Adapt to media, product, service, capture, and processing changes • Represent Zillow Media Experts professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced photographer, preferably with real estate industry experience • Excellent customer service and professional business communication skills • Detail-oriented and able to capture homes efficiently while maintaining quality standards • Punctual and able to deliver media by communicated deadlines • Comfortable working independently and solo • Ability to learn Zillow Media Experts’ processes and computer systems • Experience capturing high-quality photography, preferably exterior and interior real estate photos, real estate videos, 3D tours, and drone media • Deep understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR/mirrorless systems • May be expected to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license and complete drone training based on business need • Valid driver's license • Reliable transportation, either operated, maintained, and/or procured • Ability to drive within a 60+ mile radius of City Center • Minimum 20 hours per week of availability • Internet upload speed of at least 15 Mbps strongly preferred • Located near Columbus, OH • Professional full-frame or crop-sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera with 5-bracket Auto Exposure Bracketing capability • Wide-angle zoom lens • Ball head or geared head tripod
