📋 Description

• Lead large, cross-functional programs from strategy and planning through launch • Translate business and product priorities into clear program plans, milestones, success metrics, and execution rhythms • Align teams on scope, sequencing, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs • Drive execution across platform areas, including identity, access, monetization, and tooling • Communicate progress, decisions, and risks clearly to stakeholders • Partner with engineering to ensure plans are scalable, realistic, and maintainable • Mentor partners to increase clarity, quality, and delivery velocity

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role • Strong experience with B2B SaaS products or platforms • Track record of owning end-to-end delivery for complex technical initiatives • Technically fluent in modern software architectures • Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments • Experience mentoring TPMs, improving planning frameworks, or leading cross-organizational operating models is a plus
