📋 Description

• Architect and build reusable Android components, patterns, and infrastructure using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks • Evolve the Android design system to help developers build faster and more effectively • Build and maintain tooling that helps teams generate design-system-compliant Android code • Uphold a high bar for code quality through technical design, code reviews, testing, and maintainable implementation practices • Manage the component library release lifecycle • Partner with engineers, designers, and product teams to resolve integration challenges • Create clear documentation and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Android engineering experience • Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android architecture patterns, and modern development tooling • Experience building libraries, frameworks, or reusable component systems • Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, animation, and Android UI best practices • Demonstrated ability to independently design, implement, test, and deliver complex technical solutions • Experience collaborating closely with designers and cross-functional partners • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience
