• Manage post-sale customer relationships including building customer relationships • Manage renewals and facilitate expansion opportunities • Drive solution adoption and business value • Manage escalations and achieve customer delight • Demonstrate strong domain and functional understanding of the solution • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and manage risks and escalations • Gather customer feedback to drive product capabilities • Assist the customer with deployment planning and management of risks for solution rollout.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree • 10+ years of experience working with enterprise software solutions • 5+ years experience in customer success roles, preferably with security companies • Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills with good business acumen • Database/SQL skills are a must • Domain expertise in Mobility & Security is highly desirable • Ability to travel as needed to customer sites.
