📋 Description

• Manage the quality, budget, and timely completion of construction projects across residential and commercial segments • Manage projects day-to-day using project management tools, processes, and methodologies • Serve as the point of contact for project organization and timelines • Create long- and short-term plans, set milestone targets, and adhere to deadlines • Provide status updates across all ongoing projects • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular reports to leadership • Coordinate and host recurring meetings for communication, alignment, information sharing, and best-practice implementation • Ensure team members have the information and resources needed to perform their tasks • Coordinate internal team members, action items, and realistic timelines • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external resources to ensure timely project completion • Perform continuous risk assessments and resolve or escalate issues to minimize schedule and quality impacts • Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, innovations, processes, procedures, and tools • Drive processes and automation supporting LEAN approaches and problem-solving • Work closely with vendor partners and ensure adherence to company and government guidelines • Perform other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Minimum five (5) years of Telecommunication experience or equivalent project management experience • Experience managing large scale projects • Demonstrated experience meeting project commitment deadlines • Familiarity with Outside Plant (OSP) architectures consisting of underground, direct buried, aerial, and building applications • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe • Understanding of LEAN concepts • PMP certification preferred • Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills • Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills • Ability to work within critical deadlines • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules • Ability to provide excellent customer service • Effective conflict resolution skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when applicable to meet deadlines • Must be organized and accountable • Currently authorized to work in the US for any employer; sponsorship is not available • Ability to meet physical requirements, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
