📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients • Work independently with assigned law firms and attorney clients • Receive support from an Account Supervisor regarding plan modifications, questions, quality feedback, delegation, and collaboration practices • Perform assigned legal tasks and projects on time and to a high standard of quality • Maintain proactive communication with clients and Account Supervisors • Enter time daily using the provided tool • Respond to communications within mutually established client-specific response times • Maintain detailed, up-to-date client profiles • Manage and organize attorney email communications and assist with client communication • Draft clear, professional correspondence • Provide case management support for a high-volume professional liability litigation caseload, including nursing home claims • Maintain calendars and track deadlines, case milestones, and follow-up items • Assist with settlement-related processes and documentation • Organize and manage case information and documentation • Proactively follow up and coordinate cases to keep matters moving forward • Use, identify, deploy, and independently utilize AI tools for efficiency, organization, drafting, research, and other legal workflows • Adapt to new AI technologies and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling applicable paralegal duties • Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional or legal setting • Ability to independently deploy AI tools to improve workflows and productivity • Understanding of responsible and effective AI use in legal work • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Ability to independently prioritize and manage tasks in a high-volume environment • Strong judgment when communicating with clients, attorneys, carriers, and other professionals • Proactive mindset and willingness to identify process-efficiency improvements • Preferred: professional liability litigation experience • Preferred: medical malpractice or nursing home litigation experience • Preferred: insurance defense experience • Preferred: experience working with insurance carriers • Preferred: experience with Case Guild or similar AI-powered legal technology • Preferred: experience implementing AI tools into legal workflows • Preferred: experience using AI for drafting, summarization, document review, legal research, case organization, or other legal support functions • Remote 1099 independent contractor arrangement • Availability for clients during agreed business hours; around-the-clock availability is not expected
