📋 Description

• Lead the build of Precision Animal Health’s global logistics program • Architect and scale a world-class logistics network • Establish and manage global and regional courier partnerships • Negotiate competitive rates, define SLAs, and implement performance scorecards • Design and deploy scalable shipment SOPs aligned with global regulatory standards • Own end-to-end import/export processes • Build and manage a network of in-market distributors for testing supplies • Define and optimize logistics flows for PAH • Implement shipment visibility tools and exception management processes • Partner cross-functionally with operations, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization and scalability • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards; communicate performance insights to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in global logistics or transportation, including international parcel/express shipping and customs brokerage • Deep expertise in trade compliance (HS classification, valuation, Incoterms) • Strong track record in vendor negotiation and SLA management • Experience building or scaling logistics programs, with a hands-on approach to problem solving and execution • Proven ability to create SOPs, train teams, and drive adoption across diverse geographies • Strong analytical mindset with experience owning KPIs and using data to inform decisions and improvements • Preferred IATA DG, IMDG, and 49 CFR HAZMAT certifications • Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biological sample logistics • Familiarity with cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive shipments • Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
