📋 Description

• Provide primary veterinary support for Zoetis poultry products and services to the United States broiler industry • Communicate the technical and economic rationale of vaccination, vaccination programming, and company services to customers • Train and maximize the field force's knowledge of vaccines, poultry health programs, food safety programs, and poultry production • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for commercial producers' flock health and management issues • Advise customers on flock health and vaccination programs • Plan and execute customer trials within budgeted expense levels • Develop long-term technical strategies for current and future product growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on account strategies • Provide market feedback to improve technical service and company expertise • Develop and present at industry technical and commercial meetings • Liaise with universities on industry issues • Collaborate with regulatory and marketing teams on field issues, product information, and support materials • Contribute expertise to research and development for new poultry products • Participate in Sales & Service management team meetings • Cross-train technical service teams and representatives • Troubleshoot customer site problems and handle customer complaints and resolution • Support customer service training, new customer qualification, training, and installation • Assist with trials, product introductions, customer seminars, and organizational support

🎯 Requirements

• DVM and MAM or equivalent qualification acquired through formal training or demonstrated work experience • Ten or more years of work experience in the poultry industry • Familiarity with United States and Canada broiler companies • Proven success at managing and working in a team environment • Ability to function independently and in multiple group settings • Knowledge of conventional and antibiotic-free commercial poultry production systems • Knowledge of vaccination programs, medicated feed additives, direct fed microbials, enzymes, and associated poultry nutrition • Ability to travel more than 50%, primarily in the United States • Ability to operate in field and usual office working environments • All applicants must possess or obtain authorization to work in the United States
