📋 Description

• Provide primary veterinary support for Zoetis poultry products and services to the U.S. broiler industry • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for commercial producers’ flock health and management issues • Advise customers on flock health and vaccination programs • Plan and execute customer trials within budgeted expense levels • Assist in long-term technical strategy for current and future product growth • Develop and implement account strategies with cross-functional teams • Provide market feedback to improve technical service and company expertise • Develop and present at industry technical and commercial meetings • Serve as liaison between Zoetis and universities working on industry issues • Work with regulatory teams on field and product issues • Collaborate with marketing on technical information and product support materials • Contribute expertise to research and development for new poultry products • Participate in Sales & Service management team meetings • Cross-train technical service teams and service representatives • Handle customer site problems, complaints, trials, seminars, qualification, training, and installation support

🎯 Requirements

• DVM and MAM or equivalent qualification acquired through formal training or demonstrated work experience • Ten or more years of work experience in the poultry industry • Familiarity with US and Canada broiler companies • Proven success at managing and working in a team environment • Demonstrated ability to function independently and in multiple group settings • Knowledge of conventional and antibiotic-free commercial poultry production systems, vaccination programs, medicated feed additives, direct fed microbials, enzymes, and associated poultry nutrition • Ability to travel more than 50%, primarily in the U.S. • Ability to operate in field and usual office working environments • Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis; sponsorship may be pursued at Zoetis’s discretion
