📋 Description

• Partner with customer hospital teams to assess workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and guide product configuration. • Provide on-site clinical support during implementation, education, go-live, and post-implementation troubleshooting. • Schedule, coordinate, and deliver training for clinicians, super-users, and end-users. • Maintain relationships with ZOLL Sales, Hospital Training Teams, nurses, physicians, and department leadership. • Serve as clinical liaison and escalate risks or customer concerns to technical support and leadership. • Manage travel logistics and border-crossing compliance for client sites in Canada and the US. • Coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives. • Collaborate with Territory Managers throughout the sales process and build long-term customer relationships. • Assess learning needs and plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs. • Provide orientation, continuing education, in-services, and preceptor-model training. • Participate in quality-improvement leadership and process and protocol changes. • Support sales activities, trade shows, distributor training, and other assigned functions. • Manage system-wide implementation for large hospital systems. • Plan, develop, and execute educational and training events. • Communicate leads and account updates to Territory Managers. • Act as clinical and technical product expert for ZOLL Hospital products. • Advocate for improved patient outcomes in inpatient hospital settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based near a major airport in British Columbia. • RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required. • Current passport required. • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred. • AHA Instructor certification in BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred. • Clinical education experience preferred. • Project management experience preferred. • Ability to educate clinical personnel effectively. • Ability to drive change through education and evidence-based clinical literature. • Ability to integrate iPad, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite into work. • Flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and professional demeanor. • Ability to direct training and in-servicing programs to achieve product compliance. • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in complex environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to improvise in customer situations and achieve successful resolutions. • Comfortable interacting with C-Suite teams; strong personal presence. • Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize effectively. • Calm, positive, “can do” attitude. • Excellent client-facing, internal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, deadline management, and follow-up. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Availability to travel up to 75%.
