📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive professional relations strategy for healthcare professionals, clinicians, hospitals, cardiac specialists, and key opinion leaders • Build and maintain partnerships with cardiologists, cardiac centers, healthcare institutions, and KOLs • Collaborate with product development, medical affairs, and marketing teams to integrate professional insights into ZOLL’s strategy • Identify, engage, and manage KOL and healthcare professional relationships to drive advocacy for ZOLL’s cardiac technologies • Establish and manage a speaker program, including speaker events, webinars, and symposia • Develop educational content with KOLs reflecting best practices in cardiac care • Engage healthcare professionals through targeted interactions and educational programs to gather cardiac-care insights • Translate provider and KOL feedback into actionable marketing and business strategies • Oversee educational content and training programs, including webinars, workshops, and clinical training • Ensure educational materials align with marketing strategies, clinical guidelines, and cardiac-care best practices • Collaborate with marketing to create digital content, expert interviews, case studies, and success stories • Lead compliant KOL content initiatives across digital and social media platforms • Ensure professional relations activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements • Manage budgets for local education events • Represent ZOLL at national and international cardiology conferences, symposia, and meetings • Coordinate KOL engagement at major cardiology congresses and industry events • Organize speaker sessions, panel discussions, and presentations highlighting ZOLL’s cardiac-care innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field required • 5+ years of related healthcare or medical device/pharmaceutical industry experience required • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with KOLs, cardiologists, academic institutions, and other key stakeholders in the cardiac care field required • Deep knowledge of the cardiovascular market, including clinical guidelines, treatment protocols, and innovations in cardiac technologies • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior healthcare professionals and organizational leaders • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable insights for business strategy • Strategic thinking and passion for improving patient outcomes in cardiac care • Ability to work effectively across medical, marketing, sales, and product development functions • Ability to drive results and influence decision-making while maintaining focus on long-term objectives • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
