📋 Description

• Develop solutions to automate exceptions and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Operations users • Create automated, well-planned solutions to respond to and/or prevent friction in the revenue cycle • Create workflow jobs that support efficiency, cost reductions, and expanded use of automation • Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure automation project outcomes align with expectations • Support analytical needs to improve the efficiency and automation of operations • Generate ad-hoc reports to determine AR departmental needs and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• SQL experience • Successful experience in a role responsible for providing data analysis and recommendations • Proven ability to build relationships and provide meaningful recommendations • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and leadership • Flexible mentality; willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative in a team environment • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work • Strong attention to detail • Legally eligible to work in the United States
