📋 Description

• Provide quality technical support to customers • Troubleshoot PLC-based solutions • Program, configure, and troubleshoot ZTR locomotive operation, products, and solutions • Provide customer service and support through field and telephone support • Travel to customer sites for commissioning and installation of ZTR equipment • Provide on-site technical training and presentations to customers • Perform assigned sales support and project management tasks • Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation for emergency troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Two year or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering degree • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience • Experience with PLCs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for a variety of audiences • Ability to work autonomously at customer sites and manage project scope and cost • Exceptional organizational and data entry skills for related administrative tasks • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to customer sites • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation • Must live in or in close proximity to East St. Louis, Illinois • New graduates are welcomed to apply
