Descrição

• Lead efforts to build high-quality, scalable software systems • Participate in the software design process from beginning to end • Lead technical decisions supporting strategic product goals • Own multiple product features end-to-end • Maintain product features, including on-call escalations, triage, and resolution • Lead code and design reviews • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging • Write clean code for functional web applications • Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging • Perform UI tests to optimize performance • Collaborate with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features • Manage technologies to improve legacy applications • Gather and address technical and design requirements • Set up and maintain environment configurations and monitor system health • Build reusable code and libraries • Provide training and support to internal teams • Enhance development tools, test coverage, and code structure • Mentor and provide technical support to junior engineers • Respond to on-call incidents and resolve critical disruptions • Communicate with customers and vendors • Establish and maintain development standards • Champion an API-first approach • Lead adoption of AI-driven engineering practices, code modernization, specification-driven development, and agentic workflows

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in software development or a related field, or 6 years and an advanced degree • Strong programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Java or C# • Proven work experience as a full stack developer • Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular, HTML, and CSS • In-depth understanding of the software development process, including design, development, and deployment • Experience developing and deploying applications for Cloud Native Infrastructure • Experience working within an agile framework • Excellent analytical and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams • Experience monitoring and supporting production systems • Advanced system performance optimization and troubleshooting experience • Advanced experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and caching mechanisms • Deep understanding and practical application of REST API best practices • Advanced test development experience, including unit, UI automation, and integration tests • Experience building and deploying applications using Kubernetes • Experience with OpenTelemetry • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation • Ability to work full-time in the United States; employer cannot offer employment sponsorship • Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering, technology, or related field • Preferred: Experience with SaaS offerings in technology and financial industries • Preferred: Experience deploying applications on AWS using Kubernetes • Preferred: Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks such as Flutter
