Descrição

• Design, lead, and scale national Talent Acquisition programs supporting early career hiring and workforce priorities • Develop program roadmaps, success measures, timelines, and stakeholder alignment plans • Improve candidate journeys across early career, conference, and engagement channels from awareness to hire • Build and manage the early career talent engine, including College of Veterinary Medicine engagement, technician training, externship pathways, and entry-level hiring pipelines • Partner with Medicine, DVM Engagement, Marketing, field leadership, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders • Create scalable programming connecting prospective veterinarians and technicians with AmeriVet hospitals, mentors, learning opportunities, and career pathways • Track top-of-funnel activity, engagement, application flow, offer acceptance, and conversion outcomes • Develop and lead a national conference engagement strategy and employer brand activation • Define conference messaging, booth experiences, collateral, lead capture, follow-up campaigns, and post-event nurture • Create tools, playbooks, and repeatable processes for consistent program execution • Own reporting and analytics for early career and conference channels • Define KPIs, establish baselines, monitor progress, analyze trends, and recommend investments • Prepare leadership insights connecting program activity to hiring goals, brand awareness, engagement, and return on investment • Operate as a strategic program leader with no direct reports

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of campus recruiting, early career programs, university relations, employer branding, or related program management experience • Experience building or scaling early career, internship, externship, student engagement, technician training, or workforce pipeline programs • Strong strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills • Ability to partner with clinical, business, marketing, and talent acquisition leaders to design and execute high-impact programs • Experience developing employer brand or candidate engagement strategies supporting awareness, attraction, and conversion • Expertise using data, reporting, and funnel metrics to evaluate program performance and inform decisions • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills • Veterinary, healthcare, higher education, or national conference strategy experience preferred • Ability to travel up to 30–40%
