🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent (agency or in-house experience welcome!) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools • Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities • Passion for our company's mission and a genuine desire to contribute to our success
