Descrição

• Make outbound calls to BMO InvestorLine clients to request missing items and clarify document requirements • Follow up on incomplete applications or missing documentation and communicate requirements • Respond to client inquiries, issues, and requests professionally and in a timely manner • Review submitted documents, identify gaps, and guide clients on next steps • Manage client interactions end-to-end, resolving requests or routing them to appropriate internal teams • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members • Accurately document client interactions and record updates according to procedures • Maintain confidentiality of client and Bank information • Monitor and report suspicious activity in line with Anti-Money Laundering requirements • Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards • Stay informed on internal processes, policies, and relevant updates • Complete assigned tasks within defined guidelines and escalate issues as needed

🎯 Requisitos

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset or equivalent combination of education and experience • Fluency in spoken French and English • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required • Good organizational, collaboration, and teamwork skills • Basic understanding of risk management and compliance practices • Familiarity with BMO InvestorLine products and services is an asset • Working towards the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) via CIRO is preferred • Availability to work between 8:00AM and 8:00PM EST Monday to Friday • Ability to work 37.5 hours per week • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and Bank information • Compliance with AML, Terrorist Financing, FCAC consumer provisions, and Privacy Act requirements
