Descrição

• Source qualified candidates through social media, websites, applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networks, and other resources • Screen candidates by assessing qualifications, experience, and skills • Compile interview questions and facilitate pre-interview assessments • Promote the Employee Value Proposition through social media • Evaluate applications and resumes; screen candidates via calls, email, and video conference • Record notes and details in Workday • Learn role and department differences across the organization • Coordinate with talent acquisition partners and hiring leaders to identify skills, requirements, and selection criteria • Build applicant pools and identify candidate fit through interviewing and testing • Support talent acquisition hiring campaigns and initiatives • Research and recommend new active and passive recruiting sources • Develop and implement marketing plans for hard-to-fill roles and diverse candidate pools • Schedule interviews using MS Outlook and the internal ATS • Arrange flights, lodging, and car services for candidate interviews when necessary • Prepare candidate agendas and NDAs • Collect and submit HR expenses in SAP Concur • Audit job requisitions for accuracy during creation • Support ad hoc projects • Occasional travel may be required

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition and/or sourcing capacity • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants or similar • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks • Experience using applicant or sourcing platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) • Experience using HR or applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workday, Oracle, SAP, iCIMS, etc.) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use • Great communication skills (verbal & writing) • Strong customer service and social skills • Comfortable learning new online applications and software • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates • Experience developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends • Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company • Experience working in a high volume and repetitive role • Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and experience in online/social media recruiting • Ability to lift supplies weighing up to 25 pounds • Ability to sit for extended periods of time • Must possess ability to perform repetitive motion • Willingness to work overtime when needed • Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, including criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (applicable for certain positions), and reference verification
