• Own full life cycle recruitment for Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and close • Source passive candidates for tough-to-fill and niche roles, including frontline and operations talent • Support internship and co-op programs, including sourcing, campus partnerships, and coordinating the candidate experience • Partner with hiring teams to set recruiting strategy and achieve annual hiring goals • Network online and offline to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire, and build a strong talent pipeline • Flex into entry level technology recruiting support as business needs shift • Partner with recruiting coordinators to schedule and coordinate interviews • Maintain and update applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system • Consult with hiring managers on job postings to accurately reflect role responsibilities

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally including experience recruiting for operations, fleet, logistics, or frontline/hourly/shift roles • Experience supporting corporate function hiring preferred • Experience with internship or co-op recruiting programs a plus • Existing network within operations, fleet, or logistics talent communities a plus • Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to build pipelines, including LinkedIn Recruiter • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with hiring managers and leaders • Comfortable managing a diverse requisition load across multiple functions at once • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred • Ability to travel approximately 10-15% for hiring events, career fairs, and building partnerships with trade schools, colleges, and community organizations • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport for team offsites • Effective communication skills, with a habit of proactively keeping stakeholders informed
